Wreck This Journal - Part One

I happily joined Diana's Wreck This Journal Party. Even though I'm still waiting for it to arrive in the mail, I'm super excited about it!

Read about the project here.

As you may have understood by now (I've already said it like a thousand times), Diana is one of my favourite bloggers and a huge inspiration. Ashley left a great comment the other day which says it all:

"I know everyone raves about this book, but I never really saw the point. I mean, why poke holes in a page or spill things on it purposefully? To me, it never made sense.

UNTIL JUST NOW!

The way you talk about being "safe" and not going too crazy with this book and being adult about it... That's the point of it! It isn't to be super creative and create masterpieces... it's to be creative in experimentation and to break the mental boundaries we create for ourselves. I think I might go and buy this book now, thanks to you."

The author Keri Smith also wrote How To Be An Explorer Of The World and I'm doing both projects simultaneously, I might not post that much about the latest as it can get very personal (plus, I write in a weird mix of English, Norwegian & French) but I'll try to show bits and pieces of my doodles from time to time.
